This hotel is situated on the border of the historical centre of Prague, 15 minutes' walk from Republic Square with its Powder Tower and the Municipal House, as well as from Wenceslas Square. The small and high-tech Winston Churchill Hotel offers you stylish luxury rooms, fitted with a multimedia PC set including a satellite TV, a DVD, a CD player and an IP telephone system. The former Barfo hotel was renamed in February 2008 and provides excellent value for money and a dedicated staff ensuring that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as can be.

Hotel information

The building from the 1930s was fully reconstructed in 2005. To ensure the privacy and safety of our guests, both the rooms and the front door are secured with a modern key card access system, and the public areas are observed by video cameras. All rooms are non-smoking, but there is a cosy smoking area in our backyard. Please notice, this hotel has a new name - Winston Churchill hotel. You may still find this hotel under the old name - Hotel Barfo.

Continental breakfast consists of croissants, rolls or bread, cold meats, fruit, cereals, tea, coffee and fruit juices.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
