All floors are accessible by elevator and the entrance, the rooms and the garage are accessible for disabled guests. Room service is available from 07:00 until 23:00. We can organise tickets for various events (exhibitions, theatres, concerts etc.) and arrange sightseeing tours to the city and its surroundings. Souvenirs may be purchased at the front desk. There is a video surveillance system and a key card security system installed.

Our gourmet restaurant is well known for seasonal specialities and for the savoury Czech and international cuisine. It is open daily from 07:00 until 23:00 as is the cafe. You can enjoy mixed drinks in our lobby bar or just relax in the winter garden surrounded by trees and a fish pond.
